Policy

Here at Karamel Treatz we take pride in your experience. If your item arrives and is not working please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement, If outside of this time frame No REFUND or Replacement will be allotted.  Once order (s) are shipped a tracking number will be provided Karamel Treatz will no longer have control over delivery. If signature is requested upon delivery it will be an additional charge during checkout.
